Was looking for a quality lead for our 18 lb terrier. retract action very predictable with a measured feel to the lead when drawn out. The lead locking mechanism and release easy to get used to and works with precision. Comfortable in the hand. Very nice product.

This is a great lightweight but sturdy retractable leash. At first I had a little trouble pressing the lock setting but now it's second nature. The least material is a nice woven material that doesn't twist when retracted. Also, while I never thought I'd use the little collapsible water bowl, it's nice to give Sammie a drink when we're on car trips. He has a little bit of a problem drinking from a plastic bottle, ha ha. Good price and a good leash.

Love the leash, perfect for my small older dog who does not want to go far, just farther than 6'. Glides smoothly & easily. fits my hand and is comfortable to hold. Am giving 4 stars because the lock can be tricky (for me) to understand to understand how it works, and become automatic in case needed quickly, for the first dozen or so uses, but not a serious problem with the leash.

We have been through many retractable leashes. This one, by far, is the most sturdy, easy to use and the hand grip is comfortable! Thank you!

I thought the product was great and it worked really well. Then I noticed that the leash wasn't retracting all the way back and one day it just stopped working completely and I couldn't get the leash to go back in at all. Bought it in February 2019 and it stopped working in November 2019.

Loved the product, but my puppy would chew the leash when she had it on, Despite my best effort’s. She chewed through it in just a couple of days with her sharp little teeth. I bought a different leash and attached a chain between her halter and the leash. This seems to have taken care of the problem. I wish someone made a leash with a short bit of chain to use when you’re just beginning to train a pup to a leash.

This leash is great! One of our dog leashes broke a couple of months ago so I bought a replacement at a local sporting goods store. It was not smooth at all. In fact, when the leash retracted it was so noisy that our dog would lay on his stomach until the noise stopped. This leash cost about the same as that one but it is silky smooth!

Used this for my pomeranian, leash broke at the end and dog nearly ran into the street.
