I rarely leave reviews but I needed to review this product. I have always had issues with my ears. I had ear infections constantly as a child and had tubes put in at 5 years old. In High School, I couldn't hear out of my left ear for almost an entire year due to blockage that even my doctor couldn't remove. So I would typically use a bowl of warm water and those bulb syringes to loosen the wax. It would take a few times but eventually got the job done. I am not sure how I stumbled on this product but I am BEYOND thankful. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and my production of earwax has been insane (who knew that pregnancy affected your earwax?!) Anyways, used this product once as my left ear was clogged. The amount of wax that came out of my ear was INSANE. Normally with the bulb, I would get a few tiny pieces, but this little gizmo took out more than I ever thought possible. A few weeks later, my ear clogged again. I thought "I knew this product was too good to be true but I spent $20 some dollars so I might as well try it again before giving up. The amount of wax that came out DOUBLED from last time and I CAN HEAR!!!! I haven't had any issues since. I even convinced my husband to use it and he is a lifetime q-tip user! Don't even get me started on that. . . .Long story short, this product is amazing and I wish I would have known about it sooner. Cleaning is super easy and storage is even better - everything fits in the little water catcher!It's not painful at all and actually feels nice. I always felt that the doctor put too much pressure when using theirs but this seriously feels nice!

Loved it. Used on my 8 year old who has very bad drainage and wax issues. I’ll spare you the pics. Had to rotate ears a couple times til it got soft enough to come out. Eventually huge globs of wax came out of each side with the tubes he had put in 5 years ago. He can hear much better he said. 1/4 peroxide. 3/4 hot water and used a digital therm to get solution to 104°. Not too hot but warm enough to loosen wax.

I was flabbergasted on how this would work.Before I could even use it, I scanned the QR code on the side of the bottle and got a step by step video!!!! I just followed the directions and it’s great!

Be ADVISED this is the 1st.review have ever written..Don't buy this system..first of all I didn't receive any tips besides the one on the unit. 2nd. I couldn't download the 'recipes ' so I called custom service and to my surprise someone called me back. I explained the situation and he told me to email him with my name, address ect. I did what I was asked to do. I never received the ' recipes ' so I tried (with the help of my wife) and the tube connects started leaking so I tried tightening it and it continued to leak all over my bathroom and clothes !! I will be returning this piece of gunk and ordering a different kind.

When I received the product, the 10 extra tips were not in it. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent another box with everything plus the 10 tips. I so appreciate their customer service. They were kind and responded quickly.This flush system has helped clean the wax out of my ear so well. I hadn't found anything else that works as well. I am a very happy customer and recommend this product to anyone that has issues with ear wax buildup.

My father recently got hearing aides and he asked me to get this product to help him with his wax build up. He tends to build up ear wax quickly. He was having issues with the ear pieces clogging due to his wax build up. With the use of this product, he said that he was able to clear out his ears perfectly and everything was "back in stereo". So I would say its definitely worth a shot.

This kit comes with everything you need to flush your ears out. I used this on my husband and he didn't even fuss about me putting it in his ears. He said he could tell a big difference after I finished. I like that I didn't have a mess to clean up. The cup got it all. It's easy to use and the price is worth what you get. Good product.

As noted by other reviewers, they couldn’t be bothered to print anywhere on the box even one solution formula to get you started, nor are there any instructions, not even a quick start guide. The link from the QR code didn’t work, any my wife tried it separately to make sure it wasn’t just me
