My family has been using this for about a month now. I've got neck and shoulder pain and have been using it to relax the muscles. It's really been fantastic. My two oldest kids both play tennis and they are using it for their lower and upper back and shoulders. My wife is using it for foot pain. I had no idea one little device could be so versatile. Overall, I really like the construction and durability of the outer cover. It definitely feels like it will last a long time. I'm buying one for our kids tennis coach as he is on the courts for 40 hours a week training kids.Pros - Very versatile, durability, not as painful as some of the other mobility devices out there that are more like torture devices.Cons - Getting the balls into the holder was a little difficult, but great once in there.
