Calamine lotion alternative
A friend recommended this product when I became teary eyed about not getting a chicken pox remedy for my son. I was desperate as I couldn't get any products for chicken pox relief on the market (apparently a chicken pox outbreak?). Anyway, he suggested this as he had used it on his kids and I must say, after begging my son to take a bath with this it actually worked. Yep, it did. It sort of stopped spreading (which could have been coincidental) but also started to dry up the pox. My son is so happy now and says 'my bumps are getting better'. I highly recommend. Will also try for eczema relief.

Brilliant for Chicken pox
This is the only thing which seemed to help my daughter through her recent chicken pox experience. Rather than it being itchy for her, it was painful, and she was crying in pain. Once she was in the oatmeal bath she calmed right down, and even asked to have a bath every day! a first! It was wonderful to be able to offer her some relief. I'd not heard of colloidal oats before.... but I will definitely be buying more of this make for any further family needs. I imagine it's good for any inflamed skin condition. Really grateful I found it.

Expensive but it works
It's a bit expensive for 6 sachets or 6 baths. Used 1st time & no need for chamomile lotion yet, and bathed 4 hours ago now. So seems like it does the trick.

This really works
I bought this as my 3 year old had chicken pox and was in a lot of pain with the spots. This product provided instant relief, she did not cry in pain again after using this. I would recommend.

Moisturising, leaves bits in hair and bath
I used half a sachet for my 5 year old, to help with eczema. It did indeed calm it down but left a lot of oatmeal bits in hair and bath. It wasn't difficult to wash it out. Some bits that didn't wash out fell out when dry. I have one more sachet left and would re-purchase. I used some ointment in conjuction with the oatmeal powder, so do be mindful, it's not going to get rid of red blotchy eczema. But it does reduce moisture loss in the bath.

Works quickly and helps relax skin.
I have severe hand eczema - living with it for years. When my hand started to itch and burn up and before it started to ooze and blister. I filled this oat mix into a container and put a handful in and just socked it gently. I did it for 20 mins just to relax skin. Pat skin dry lightly and put cream on, and cotton gloves after and it really reduced inflammation significantly.

Not great
After getting bad sunburn during the heatwave, my wife’s back still itched weeks later driving her mad. She purchased this as it says fast acting results. Unfortunately after using all 6 packets in the bath as the instruction stated she found no comfort from them at all. Quite pricey, not worth the money at all.
