Does it work? Kind of.
Does it do the job of having multiple devices and using 1 keyboard, mouse and monitor? Yea it does but performance is poor. The keyboard commands to switch have a 90% fail rate, the video output quality has artifacts that move all around, mostly a few pixels that flicker. I have determined it is not my cables. Also the KVM messes with the computer's ability to auto detect the monitors size. I believe it is because of the long lag time when switching from one device to another and powering on the monitor to a device already running. Would i purchase again??? No I would find a different manufacture.

Ehhh
The description says it switches "seamlessly" with "no delay." For me it takes 8-12 seconds to switch. I tried different cables and a ton of different settings, nothing made a difference. I think half of the problem is my Dell P2419H monitor (in RGB mode full HD) -- if I am already selected on HDMI and I "change" that selection to HDMI, the monitor goes black for 4 seconds. I've gone through power settings and don't see anything wrong with my setup up. I read some keyboards and mice don't work well with some KVMs, so I tried: an old Logitech keyboard and mouse, a new HP keyboard and mouse, and a new Dell keyboard and mouse. There was no improvement in performance. Perhaps my unit is bad? I have the same results with 3 different computers, new and old.If a remote was supposed to be include they forgot to put it in the box.The hotkeys are wired backwards. Pressing SL-SL-1 switches me to #4. SL-SL-2 switches me to #3, etc. I'm hoping their are some undocumented commands I don't know about, or maybe I can rewire it correctly.I spent forever shopping for the perfect KVM and this was supposed to be it. Performance isn't great but I'm not sure who to blame so I will up it to 3 stars for now.

USB Mouse Not Working
The switch seems to work just fine for the keyboard and HDMI but my USB mouse stopped working through it. Also, it has 4 USB input ports but it seems that they are all connected internally somehow, because you can't plug anything into the other two ports. You're probably better off buying a different one...

Simply refuses to work at 3840*2160@60Hz with Chroma 4:4:4 subsampling
I wanted to like this, but it simply will not work at 3840*2160@60Hz with Chroma 4:4:4 subsampling. If I plug my computer(s) directly into my display, I get exactly what I want. If I go through the KVM, it switches to 4:2:2 which looks awful. Such a shame because I love this device otherwise.
