It came with a long and short coupling band, so both on the arm and on the wetsuit are accommodated by the quick release spring bar. They did not include the little V notch tool to remove a previous band. I bought this at a considerable discount from the listed retail and find it to be a very good value at retail its a notch above the basement quality bands. The inside of the band has a nice raised diamond pattern that should allow moisture free movement while promoting sturdy wrist lock in grip. My application was for a Steve Zissou pattern dial Vostok Amphibia, being a 60's pattern eastern bloc design it's 18mm band is a trifle narrow for a weighty though small diameter piece. The blue colour and substantial thickness works well for this implementation and retain its potential diving utility as a tool.
