This stuff works wonders!

I use it regularly on my very light colored chair that my grand dog likes to sleep on. The dirt lifts off well with a spray of this and rub with a white rag.

So my husband left a pen in the washer and I did not realize this until I dried my washable rug (oo no!). For sure thought it was ruined but then I remembered I had this gem. It removed the dried ink from the rug and it was like it was never there! These are worth the price for both the purple and gold cleaners. Plus as a bonus they have a nice scent! Wish I had thought to take before and after photos but I did not.Works on furniture that has an S cleaning code for easy upholstery clean up and also works on rugs and carpets.

I bought the purple upholstery stain remover hoping that it would remove a blood stain from a soft polyester throw. After about 5 applications, it did not remove the stain, although it lightened it considerably.Updated: Excellent Customer Service - Crypton read initial review (two stars) and immediately followed up, recommending the gold stain remover instead. They sent me a sample which included both the gold and the disinfectant. They also provided guidance on their use, and expressed an interest in knowing the outcome of my test. The gold product definitely works better than the purple on blood stains. It removed almost 90% of the stain. Had I treated the stain earlier when it was fresh, I believe it would have removed 100% of the stain.
