I had to send this product back as the instructions were written in Chinese. I asked for English instructions but they weren't available! So, if you are looking for an ear cleaner with English instructions, avoid this company!

It's a waste of money didn't work at all I had cancelled this order before it was dispatched but it was sent to me any way money down the drain
