Romantik Desk Top Plant in Terrarium

Great customer service, I placed this order around christmas time but have just gotten the time to write the review. When I first received the product, I realized Twig Terrariums accidentally sent me the wrong container, after sending an email to them to address this issue, I quickly received a response within a day. These people know how to properly run a business. They immediately apologized and sent me the correct container. I later found out that the figure that came with the kit was the wrong one, but it would have been too much of a hassle to have recontacted them about that. 4/5 stars because of the slight mix up, but mostly because the product is a bit pricey, after ordering, i found the same exact bottle and top for under $10 (I will not mention the stores because that wouldn't be nice to TT) to be fair, that price just reflects the container and the top, not the (stones, dirt, figure, tweezers, and moss, that come with the kit) I don't recommend using their tweezers as it is a bit hard to maneuver them inside the container. I used a "Fluval Aquarium Tweezer" 10x easier... Other than the price and mix up, I highly recommend this company ( not product ) because they know how to treat people.

It was holiday season and the order came a month and a half late. I don't know what happened. Although it was a gift and came late it was a success. My girlfriend loved it and here we are a year later and the terrarium is blooming great with moss, grass, and a cool little fern. I would recommend a terrarium from Twig Tarrariums for anyone looking to add an interesting piece to any room.

I purchased this item, but after Amazon charged my credit card Amazon sent a confirmation with a different bottle being displayed.I posted my complaint to Amazon & heard back from Twig Terrariums immediately & they were sincerely apologetic & handled the issue immediately.I loved the terrarium when it arrived & appreciated the personal attention I received from Twig Terrarium. Great product, great customer serice...recommend highly!!!

I have enjoyed making terrariums this year. I has been a successful way to keep plants alive in the house with minimal care.

I saw this item on Amazon and wanted to purchase it as a Christmas gift, but then saw that it was too late to order online and ship in time. However, I looked up Twig terrariums online and saw that they were local (to nyc) and called them up to see if they could put this terrarium together-even though this is actually a kit-and have it ready before the holiday. I called them on the Tuesday before Christmas and they said that they could do it and that I would just have to pick it up from their studio (in Brooklyn). I went and picked it up on the Friday prior to Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. they were really friendly and helpful as well at the studio, and were busy working hard getting what looked like several terrariums out before the holidays. I really appreciated the fact that it was reasonably priced at $65 despite the amazing craftsmanship and care that went into it and what a unique item it is. The reason I came upon this terrarium in the first place was that I had seen a similar design at a gift fair, however that piece was priced at over $400 and I did not want to spend that much on this gift, but loved the idea of it. I was thrilled to find Twig-their designs are so much fun and like nothing I've ever seen, and I did some pretty extensive searches online when looking for a comparable gift to the $400 terrarium I saw at the gift show. I would definitely purchase from them again-I was very satisfied with my purchase and would love to work with them again.

The product In the picture looked nothing like what I received. It's a lot bigger than what's in the picture which wouldn't be a problem if they sent enough materials to maybe even fill the glass half way. The glass piece they gave me was ugly, not the nice bird topped one in the picture it looks like an oversized wine glass. Very disappointed.
