Beautiful firey flame
LIKE: The flame looks great. I have it hanging on my bedroom wall. It takes a little while to heat up but that was ok. I did not expect instant heat.If you have hanging on the wall and want to see the rocks, it would have to be on the wall kind of low. I have mine above the TV and you can only see a glimpse of the rocks. With that being said, the flame makes up for it.I

The fire does look classy, but the flame was less than expected
Loved the estetics of the fire and it looks good on the wall. The flames unfortunately were not what I expected and really dont look real, the remote that came with the fire didn't work even when replacing the battery. It's OK and works well, but dont expect it to look like a real fireplace.

Faulty Remote was sent and struggled to make it work.
They sent me faulty remote and my contractor struggled for almost an hour after creating the hole in the wall to insert the fireplace to figure out why it was not working after inserting to the wall.Fireplace looks good though.

Not Stainless Steel!
Please understand that this is NOT stainless steel. It is painted on silver paint. You could also see scratches in the paint which did not look good. If you are getting this for the look, move on.
