Refurb sent out unusable
The design of this controller is why I bought it. I generally do not buy refurbs because they can be unreliable. I was yet again disappointed. This controller could not have been quality checked before being sent out. The left stick was noticeably sticking and grinding when moved.I gave 3 stars because their customer service was excellent. I returned it and promptly was given a refund.

NOT BRAND NEW (REFURBISHED)
Controller looks amazing but you can tell its refurbished. Some buttons dont function properly gotta mash the select button bumpers seem to spaz out and the right side hand grip has a nick in it that runs hand raw. Been using for a week before review. Not happy spending $70 for a refurbished controller.
