We received about eight, 6+ inch stalks. They were very meaty and you can tell they were cut fresh before shipping. It was unfortunate timing that it was the hottest couple days in my state and I didn't get my USPS from my mailbox for three days. The product was packaged in a plastic bag with a twist tie and wrapped in USPS bubble envelope. It did not do well in hot sun and was fermented by the time I got it in the house. :( I may try ordering again.

i sent it back by ups it didnt look right

Delivered yesterday, completely inedible, no sweetness at all. I tried three different canes, none had any sweet flavor. I have bought many, many sugar canes, never have I received any where near this poor quality. I purchased 60.00 dollars worth and now stuck with this. I would like a full refund.

I bought these in the beginning of February, when we had a cold spell of a week or more below zero in wisconsin. They shipped fast and were packaged very well with a lot of paper insulation. All appeared alive and I decided to try and let them sprout in water for 2 weeks (read online they can last 2 weeks on their sugar stores) the started to sprout roots nicely, but after 8 days or so, they started fermenting in the water. I had these inside the house not in my greenhouse to make sure they stayed warm enough. I am not sure any will survive, but I can’t blame the company. Plan I buying more in the fall
