This is an excellent product as the reviews would lead you to believe. The bracket is very strong and easy to install. I have a 125+ lb (could be 150, not positive) heavy bag hanging from it, and it has absolutely no issue. I am a large guy, 6'3" 230 lbs, with 15+ years of Karate and Kickboxing experience. This thing has absolutely no problem sustaining heavy blows in succession. With the chain and spring added, the swivel on the bracket rarely needs to move, but is very smooth when it does. One additional positive is not only does the hook/loop swivel, but the hook/loop hinges on the bracket so it can swing but more importantly it doesn't need to hang perfectly vertical.
