This oil smells very good. It has a herbal lemon scent. Very citrus but not stinky. I think it works for the most part as it relates to my cravings. I recently went to the movies with the kids. I got popcorn as always but about 5 kernels in I didn't want anymore of the popcorn. Smelling this prior to drinking water also helps me to not eat sweets which are my weakness. Is it all mental, yes, I think so but I do think that there is something about this that keeps me on track. It could just be a sense of personal accountability telling me to smell this and then drink water instead of eating the foods I know I shouldn't. Either way it is a win - win for me. Great jewelry to wear my oils in and a great inviting scent throughout my workday!

I don't think this does anything at all unfortunately. I have bought others from this brand am I'm disappointed with this.

I have to infuse it or take a whiff often, but it seems to work. Wonderful!
