What I disliked was the poor way you packed the pump in a box-when I received it it didn't work at all-sent it back and received another one with the pump not working. Called the factory to find out if I could open it up without wrecking the warranty-they said yes as long as I didn't do any modification to it. Opened it up and found the pump flipped over. Put it up right and sealed the unit back to the way it should have come in the first place. Good pump tho. It does a great job.

Pump did not work at first after the tank was full. I had to tear the pump housing apart to find the float assy was laying in the bottom of the sump tank. There was a plastic cable strap that held the float housing in place and the cable strap was broken. I don't think it was shipped that way but was damaged during shipping and handled to ruff. After fixing the float the pump worked as it was intended. This is going under a portable sink.

This pump is easy to install. You need to open up the well, there is a zip tie around the float that needs to come off, and the pump may shift during shipping and needs to be realign with the lid of the well.

I like the stainless steel grinding plate feature as well as the pump curve characteristics. The initial order arrived damaged by the shipper, but the replacement came promptly, I'm well pleased with the installation.

I received this pump and connected it as labeled only to find out that the discharge and vent ports were mis labeled! So the first time it ran it spewed water out the vent and all over my basement floor.Corrected that and used the pump maybe 5 times before it went on and would not shut off!!! I thought maybe the float got hung up on something (not that there was anything to get hung up one) so I bumped the case a couple of times and nothing. It just kept running. What a mistake buying a product the manufacturers of can't even get the labels put in correctly!

Had to replace a 20 year old version of this.. an hour with the plumber and the job was done!

I bought this pump to use in basement and get the washer downstairs. I had a few issues with from what it seems to be the bubbles produced from the washer discharge keep the motor switch running and the bubbles eventually end up coming out of the vent portion of the unit wetting the floor. I then last night had to run water in the slop sink which drains into this unit to flush out the bubbles and all is fine again. Not happy this happens. Possibly the Laundry Pods produce too many bubbles, but don't know.

This pump operates as it should, no issues - really only problem was the way Amazon shipped this - in a huge box with hardly any packaging materials - the motor has come unglued from the basin so i had to fix that myself - works good now just figure out a better way to package this
