"Upgrade" means they ship you a knock-off product
Was trying to buy a nicely featured HikVision camera and ordered the "upgrade" version instead. My mistake.However, the camera did not have the features - or else it just didn't work.Focus control was super slow.Lens didn't zoom at all.PZT didn't work at all.This camera might be fine for the right application but not mine. The HikVision camera I already have works great and that's why I was ordering a different model from them.Returning this camera.

To just another amazon user.... make sure your PTZ is connected to a POE+ router. If it does not have the sufficient power it will work, but do strange things. Sounds like your connected to a regular POE.
