this thing did not work at all, I guess I was desperate and hoped it might help the snoring, however it does not. It does make it more difficult to breath. They should advertise this as an altitude training mask like the ones you see the cage fighters using to work out in, and they would probably have a more legit product. Glad I wasn’t charged anything for the shipping so I guess that was cool. I wouldn’t recommend it but as long as you don’t get charged for the return shipping give it a try for yourself.

I stretch the silicone pillows a little. I have noticed that on my Fitbit I am getting a lot more REM and deep sleep. perhaps they should make a few sizes so they fit everyone.
