An excellent feed for our aging pony
We purchased a pony for my daughter about 20 years ago. Jack the pony is getting on a bit now and lives a peaceful life out in the countryside. Over recent times Jack has had some problems with his teeth and has had some teeth removed, which were causing him problems in chewing and digesting his food properly. On speaking with the equine nutritionist at Spillers, she explained in detail the problems a senior pony with few teeth left may have with digesting their feed. She recommended the Spillers Senior Super Mash. The young lady also explained how much to feed Jack, how to mix his feed and how many times a day to feed him. I ordered two large bags of the Spillers Senior Super Mash and started to feed Jack with the new diet plan we put together with the equine nutritionist young lady at Spillers. She mentioned the aroma of apples the feed gave off when it was soaked and mixed together. Jack the pony took his first mouth full and he was hooked on his new feed. The only problem we have now, is everytime Jack sees us walking towards his stable, he almost gallops to the stable looking for his feed bucket. The same if he's out of sight and you shout his name, he just gallops straight back to his stable. A brilliant product, ideal for the aging pony with only a few teeth left. Thank you Spillers and especially your equine nutritionist, a very polite and knowledgeable young lady.

My girl Flicka has been on her Spillers food for a month now and filling out so well and looking super shiny. Great feed really recommend it.
