Looks great at night around my bench

This is quite a heavy piece since it's made out of Glass and metal. I had to pull apart the lights inside because they were all bunched together but I think I did a decent job. This is going through wind storms rainstorms freezing ice and snow and it still even in the shade is beautiful and still lights up every night even in the Twilight. Very happy with this product it looks beautiful next to my front door! This would make an awesome gift maybe a housewarming. The reason I gave four stars is because it does not look as good as the photo. There aren't as many lights as in the photo. But there is a switch where you can have it set to blink, not blink and off which is nice!

I just received my 4 lanterns this Monday (22Jul). I plannee to use two and have two for backup/random use. I let 2 of them charge for 2 days under direct summer time sunlight.I was admittedly shocked when one lantern emitted a warm white color, which is what I wanted, and the 2nd is emitted a dimmer yellow light.I thought perhaps the yellow light emitting lantern was a fluke so I opened up a 3rd box, and it too emitted a yellow light. So i opened up my 4th lantern and it too was a yellow light.The units are solidly constructed, the glass and metal are higher quality/durability, the latch to get inside the unit is pretty good, as is the hook used for hanging the unit. Just be aware, you may be disappointed if you receive two lanterns (or more) and one or both are not emitting the warm, whute white light you wanted but more of a yellow, OR if you wanted yellowish light, and the unit(s) are emitting a warm white. I will add a pick tonight so you can see for yourselves.

The fairy lights in this lantern are nice and bright and the lantern charges quickly. However I am concerned about the construction of the latch for the top. It is not made of metal, but pliable plastic, so the concern is how durable it will be and if it really is strong enough to remain closed when the lanter is hung. It makes me hesitant to hang the lantern as planned.

I have bought two of these lanterns in the past and they work perfectly every time. I just bought 2 more of these lanterns and they are iffy about working. Sometimes they come on but most of the they time they don't or come on for a brief time and go back off. They are in the same location as the other ones I bought previously and get the same amount of sunlight. Disappointed that they don't work like the others.

I just got this a few days ago and was so impressed. It is my first fairy light lantern with rechargeable batteries that can be replaced. It feels solid and has an on and off switch inside the top. If it is in the "on" position it will come on by itself when there is little or no light in the area/room. I like it so much I took it off the patio table and brought it into my bedroom overnight and it was a fine night light. Very pleasing and I am happy to see it.
