So easy to use!
Love this!!! Super easy to use and I'm saving tons of money making my own cold brew coffee.

There were no instructions, no ice insert, and I have no idea what “handle” the description is talking about. Easy enough to use, but you gotta figure it out on your own. Certainly NOT leak proof as it doesn’t actually seal shut at all.

Completely misleading/false description. There is no leakproof seal or handle to push down on to create one. There were no ice pearls included. No instructions for proper care and cleaning.

They claimed that there was a button in which there was no and if you're not careful due to the opening it was leak. The coffee drips from the spout into the crevices of the bottom and makes a mess.
