Low weight, high comfort pack rod
These are true to weight, making them the lowest weight collapsible poles of these lengths on Amazon. The tip is fiberglass but has proven delicate and the included tip protector is a necessity. The rest of the segments are high-quality carbon/graphite and have proven study although I'm not particularly tough on my gear. Unlike many other collapsible poles, the gluree is about 2 feet long when collapsed, making it a little unwieldy in a backpack. At a higher price point, this would be comparable to a 3 or 4 piece rod, but they're generally more expensive. My 2.1m pole has a very fast action; the bottom half is confidently stiff while the top section whips around like a wet noodle. It makes for an odd casting technique but I don't mind it, and the sensitivity is good for this price point, though a little muddy. The Eva grips are small but perfectly placed for my hands which are bigger than average and I found comfort to be one of this pole's strengths. The gluree exchanges some of its packability for exceptional weight and comfort at a low price point, making it competitive against poles 50-100% more expensive. A true weight weenie could remove the plug at the base of the pole to save some grams, but this noticeably changes the balance when using a lightweight reel. All in all, this is my go to backpacking rod for now.

2nd eye on tip not epoxied to pole. It spins and slides back and forth
The second eye on the tip was not epoxied to the tip and slides up and down and around. How was this ever missed before boxing it up. Poor quality control. The pole appears to be built ok. Just returned it. It was the 7.87 length and relatively stiff

Color is supa fly
I love how compact and light this little rod is . Can throw it in the car easily as well as my backpack . I only wish it was a little shorter . The handle on it is kinda long , but that is also good for leverage . Also love the finger holder for the casting reel.

Ultra Ulta Light
This rod is an ultra ultra light. Please be careful when ordering. I fear it is too small and weak for anything but the smallest fish. Be aware of this. I recommends something like 2 lb line.

Got a defected item
Ring is bent inside plastic ring broken with sharp edge that will ruin the braided line. Not as described. Heavier than same size carbon fiber rods.
