Realm Walker: Blade and Shield: A Monster Girl Harem Fantasy Adventure

I gave up after just a few chapters. The style turned me off and the extremely slow and deliberately confusing start left me thinking I could spend my time better reading different books or even just watching paint dry.I hate coming down on a book. I could see some instances where I got an impression that the author had an idea and wanted to expand on it, but he either needs a lot or practice or a very good editor. Right now the level of the writing isn't good enough for me to recommend this book.

So the secret to success here is to find as much love and lust with lost followers as possible to level up.. Cool. That said there are a lot of good and fun relationships formed. This book is actually quite fun and I enjoyed it. So looking forward to the sequel.

I've read a lot of these harem books and I felt this one was a bit of a hidden gem. Erik seems to be a rookie author but this is a great first novel and I look forward to seeing what comes next.

It was a very enjoyable ride, with a nice balance of action humor and eroticism, all while building several interesting characters, and a fairly unique world. I would have liked more time in several of the world's and with many of the characters but I guess that is what the next book is for.

It was such a story with action, humor and heartache. The characters seem so real and fun to get to know. It’s a great book that grabs you and takes you on a great adventure. I strongly recommend this book.

This book was full of multiple genres and combined them beautifully. Ancient gods, heartless AI's, and family disputes combine to create an unforgettable story.

Interesting story, great characters nice premise, great harem building, will read next book now, highly recommended, several proofreading errors but they can be overlooked and don’t excessively detract from the story.
