Good for the price
The gel tablet is inside the pad, so moment you insert 700 ml water and plug the pad then the water converts into gel after heating. And the auto-cut facility tells you to remove pad from socket as it is fully heated for use. sometimes we can shake the pad in-between heating to get faster heating. good value for money.

Used old hot bag...
I have received used old hot bag, you can see the brand name on the bag has already scratched. While charging within 3 minutes it got expanded didn't switched off automatically.. manually I switched it off within 4 minutes, as per instruction to switch off when it bulges.. Getting scared to charge it. Packaging was not good , it's box was already torn... One good thing is remains hot for 40 minutes..

Very short charging cable
Product appears to be good but the length of charging chord is too small to connect to a point and rest the bag. Even I Burnt my fingers while taking a trial heat up of bag

Bought it for my mom who had back pain. This one is very helpful as it's very easy to use with no hassle to boil water or need of plug point nearby. Stays hot for a good amount of time and helps in pain relief. Good buy
