Easy to install if you take your time. Excellent product
I needed something to stop water getting in under my garage door as there is a gap at the bottom. The instructions are very easy to understand.Always use a sealant on concrete floor before attempting to install. I went about 6 inches past the inside length to ensure good coverage.I found its best to do all of the below when the door is closed and locked if possible. I initially closed the door gently and measured up as mentioned below, Stuck it down and then when I tried to close the door it needed a hefty bang to close properly. It was easy to move back before the adhesive hardened but best to get it right first timeFirst thing I did was cut it to the correct width ensuring it went past the sides of the actual door by about 2 inches each side. You are probably best to mark with a pencil and use a junior hacksaw to cut it as its very dense. You then remove required section around the plates which hold the springs in place. In stages. Take a piece out and see how it fits by sliding the whole piece forward until it gently touched the door. The strip of rubber is grooved length ways and makes good contact with door even if theirs a slope (As I have)Once you are happy with the fit, mark the floor with pencil and then you put the adhesive down using a silicone gun. Not sure what they are actually called. Its easier to lay the strip in place if there are two of you as its heavy and awkward to move around.I would then close the door firmly and ensure it locks whilst the adhesive dries out.Not one drop of rain has come into our garage now. This is exactly what I needed. Time taken to get the perfect fit is about 2 hours as it is heavy and awkward but worth the time spent. Measure twice cut once.

Not as good as I had hoped
I purchased two of these for a double garage to finally, seventeen years later than I’d planned to, seal the 2.5cm gap I had under both up and over doors. I’m not so bothered about waterproofing but stopping the constant leaves, dust and debris covering everything. There’s no argument that these are well made, quality items even so, they are still overpriced. Installation did not go as I had hoped. These things are 13cm wide and the lip either side of the hump is probably 3cm wide so they will be quite visible from the outside, under the door. My problem was two fold. First, the concrete floor is very slightly rippled, orange peel kind of surface and is not quite even. So to get a tight seal means pushing it up against the closed door from the inside. From the outside you can clearly see the seal sticking out further under the door in some places where the floor is not quite level. Also, there is a slight angled drop from the garage floor leading to the driveway. What this means is that the front 1-2cm of the rubber strip is slightly raised and does not sit flat to the concrete. This bit won’t stick with the sealant suppplied either as the rubber wants to go back to its original shape and lifts up. I had to let the sealant dry and then squeeze more sealant into the gap between the floor and seal the following day. I also had to mask it off with tape because the sealant has a habit of getting everywhere. I suspect that once any moisture gets under the strip, or in a harsh winter, it wouldn’t stay stuck for long. It doesn’t look too bad now but luckily I don’t plan to use the garage for cars as I suspect that driving a car over the strip sealed in this way would disintegrate fairly quickly. I would only recommend this product if the surface that you intend to stick it to is perfectly flat and level.

Dry Garage
My garage door is squint you can limbo dance under one end, so needed the 30mm high.... It’s just great my garage is leaf free for the first time in years... I should have bought it earlier. Does the job, and it’s easy to fit, just read instructions and don’t over cook the bonding, do as they say and you will be fine, I managed to cut it with a Sharp Stanley Blade, and a hacksaw. Highly recommend it....

Product is of excellent quality and looks very smart when in place
Product arrived ahead of estimated date.Product price was competitive.Product is of excellent quality and looks very smart when in place.Instructions are clear to follow and there seems to be more than enough glue to fix the seal to the floor.A couple of comments to make..More information regarding preparing the floor could be included e.g. sealing the floor first. Luckily I had already applied two good coats of sealer.Guidance regarding the size of glue bead to use. After following the instructions I still had half of the tube left, so I applied two more strips of glue across the center of the pencil plan.Once you watch the video hopefully the above will make sense.

Feels like a professional solution
This arrived earlier than promised. It looks the part on opening the box, heavy, well produced piece of kit. I laid it out for a couple of days, then fitted it today. I can't testify to durability obviously, but it looks great in situ. The yellow stripes are moulded into the rubber so won't wear off. I'm happy so far.

Furry friends no more!
Had issues with furry friends visiting garage as we had a 3cm gap under garage door. The weather stop was the perfect solution, it sticks well and seals perfectly, no more leaves, water or little friends!

No more wet garage floor.
Works well and does what it was purchased to do. The gap under our garage door ranged from 1cm to 2.5cm so we had to opt for this product. Took a little effort to install but the glue is fantastic and the seal is now set flush on our rather uneven concrete garage floor. No more water getting into the garage where as previously it was able to get 6 feet into the garage. Quite expensive but we'll worth the cost and effort.
