The patches are easy to apply and do stay on all night. Be aware to have old socks or slippers to wear if you get up in the night, as they do leak on to the floor when you stand on them.I have been doing a dry January and detox and these have worked very well along side this. I feel very well in myself which I am sure is, partly, due to this product.I shall be ordering again in the future.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered these, have used other from other companies but but the pads and adhesive was separate and came with no instructions!! However this company has been the best so far in price and quality! They do work for me but I would wear socks over the top of them so they don’t come off in the night!!

Goods delivered promptly. These footpads seem to really work. Felt like I had more energy. The only criticism is that you need to wear socks as they do tend to seep a little at the edges. However the marks wash out easily. The ebook was handy too. However when I went to order some more they had gone up in price by £1.

I have tried other detox foot pads but none come close to these. I was struggling with sleeping due to menapause but when using these I have slept for 8 hours a night. My skin has also benefited from using these pads. I would highly recommend them, I have also bought my second box today 👍

Bought these out of curiosity. The black colour that appears overnight seems to be from the sweat in my feet reacting with the contents of the pads. They smelt terrible, and nothing to do with my cheesy feet. Would not buy again.

I was expecting a more fragrant product. They have turned black, but are dark anyway so obviously with the heat from the foot they will moisten through. Can’t say if they’ve given me any health benefits, I don’t feel any change. Nor have they helped with sleep. Definitely think it’s a ‘hype’ product. Mind over matter!!

Arrived quickly and having used twice now, seem to be doing something as when I take them off in the morning the colour and smell has changed. Stick well too so wearing overnight in bed is not a problem. Will have to see if they actually have any positive effect on my well being though!
