good feel
The media could not be loaded. I would like to recommend this handheld printer. Well received in good condition. It is easy to operate, after input the contents on the LED screen, it can be printed quickly and clearly. It can print on a variety of materials, I printed on a wood board as picture and video shows. Reliable quality products.

Worked well, then stopped
This device worked great for a few uses. Then it literally stop printing all together. I followed all the instructions and it still stopped working. Very poor quality.

Instructions are clear. Once you get use to it, it is super convinient! It can work effeciently! Saved a lot of work.

Finding more uses for it every day
Overall I really didn’t know how well this would work or know how much I would enjoy this handheld printer. I used it on two major projects this week. The first was when I way I’m coming in my face then refinishing it. It was awesome to be able to mark all of the PVC pipes as to what they are. As well as marking water pipes hot or cold. The other project I worked on Will cedar siding at a friends house. He was very particular in order he wanted them to fill up as he had to lay them out on the ground prior to attaching to the side. Sure could have marked them with a pencil and with that pencil me extremely hard to see, yes. Insert the handheld in chat printer. We had no doubt one board we were putting up next and what order we need to stick with.again overall extremely impressed with this product I can’t wait to find more things to use it on. I’m certainly about the toss my “LabelMaker” out the window. Did I need the best one probably not. That said after using it a few times I am very glad I have it!I would absolutely buy again. Slick design, but proprietary design causes headaches.
Product has a slick form factor compared to most which are heavier and metal. However, tr he design is very proprietary and uses unique cartridges unlike other comparable printers. Also, the one I purchased was clearly used.

Easy to use and worth for your money
This printer can use smoothly, the machine itself does not have a problem but the ink cartridge sometimes gets blocked and needs to be cleaned very often, continuously printing will help to reduce this problem. Anyway for me is very good easy to use and worth for value of your pay.

Great customer service
Exactly what we were looking for. The door that covers the ink cartridge is a weak point. Customer service is outstanding from this company. We had a small issue and the corrected with no issue. Buy with confidence.I feel the ink cartridge is slightly overpriced but it is no different than any desktop printer ink replacement. They all do the same thing with the pricing.

Horrible deal!
Product stop working in just a few uses completely stopped printing In only 5 weeks, which pasted the amazon 30 day return policy And seller is not willing to refund...I’m stuck with useless broken junk..
