The tank should be filled in 10 seconds. Please allow a few minutes after filling for the gas to stabilize. Step2: Opened the adjustable knob first by turning it counterclockwise( Rotate to the middle gear), then press the child resistance knob Step3: Then press the trigger to ignite Step4: For keep burning----Press the continuous button to keep the flame burning. Rotate the knob to adjust flame. Easy to use, no directions came with the unit but easy to figure things out. Good flame.

Won't light
I was really excited to open this torch and use it but it won't light with the trigger. I can light it with a lighter but that's not very practical.

Doesn't work
This thing won't light and its brand new. Even use a lighter to light it and it won't stay lit even though gas is coming out. Absolute junk

Solid and it works
It is still early but the product is ergonomically useful and the flame adjustments work well... I use for grill and propane heater lighting as much as cooking
