Disclosure: I'm a tech support guy.This camera works quite well once you get past the installation and documentation issues. I would buy it again, and would recommend it to a friend with some caveats about being patient.The Good: (1) WiFi connection, or direct connection to phone without any WiFi, are both good. Getting it set up will be addressed in the Bad section.2) Image quality is excellent, live or recorded.3) delay of LIVE image and/or Audio is minimal. I'd guess at about 1/2 sec.4) Live video is excellent, as is the recorded. When triggered, you get the notice, and the App takes you to live video mode. The movement that triggered the notice is recorded on the Micro-SD..but playback is fairly quick and quality is very good. There is Sound also.5) The motion sensor is VERY, Very sensitive. This is going to 'trigger' very easily, and that will be an issue for rain, etc.6) No Router or internet is required to set up and use this camera! Nice.7) The APP is pretty good. At this point, I like it.8) More than one phone can monitor the cam.9) there is a PC version of the App that will work on Windows 7 or 10. It requires a supporting plugin though, and I don't trust those...so I did not load it. I might try it on a test Pc and report back.The not so great: (A) Delay between the camera triggering by motion, and the "RING" notification on my phone is more like 8-10 seconds. That's a long time as someone is walking up to the door, for example. I will have to place the camera so it can "see" the approaching person early on, and I'll get a good recording.(B) While the microphone is sensitive, and I can hear what the camera hears quite well, if I try and send audio back to the camera, it's very, very weak. I don't think anyone will be able to hear it well enough to understand what I'm saying. There's no controls for Volume at the camera that I can find. Yet...during install, the camera was capable of making voice comments about progress (s/a "Connect to the Internet successful") that were both loud and clearly pronounced. I don't know what gives there. Clearly the 'speaker' has the power to present good, loud audio.The Very Poor / Bad: 1) The scan CR code does not work. One must google the product, and find the App name [ToSee]. then go to your app store and download and install it.2) The manual is all but worthless.3) Forget the website. Worthless also.4) The ToSee app manages the setup fairly well, but not because it guides you. you've gotta have faith and just muddle through it.(a) Make a direct connection with the camera by turning it on with the App running on your phone.(b) setup WiFi (or just skip that step and keep going..which is GREAT cause I'll be using this camera on my RV without any router nor internet access.(c) name the device.Done, except that getting through this process is by intuit...not because the instructions help you.Finally; I had to re-start the app 3x to get it to fully function. Now that it does, it's just fine.I definitely think this camera earns its good reviews, is worth the $, and will give good service considering its substantial battery bank, which are replaceable too! Nice.

When I received this wireless camera system and began unboxing, my initial impression was good.Attractive styling and the base unit was a bit smaller than I expected based on the photos I had seen. It can be placed just about anywhere with it’s small footprint and contemporary styling. Both batteries ship fully charged so you can plug in the base station, run through the setup and begin using the system in about 15-30 minutes. The ToSee app, downloadable from the AppStore is well designed and makes setup quick and easy.Video quality is far better than other cams I have tried. There is much less of the fisheye effect and video is sharp and smooth. The motion detection works very well and is not an add on service as with their competitors. Their low light performance is above average, but you must consider your installation. In night mode, if you are trying to use it through a window, you will get a bright reflection in your image from the infrared lighting that is projected by the camera. But this is the nature of the beast, not a flaw with the camera design at all. Just consider your placement and plan before you buy. For monitoring indoor rooms or outside of your home at night, it would be a challenge to find a better cam system. The mounts are simple and easy to install. They use a magnetic ball joint connection with the camera which should allow you all the range of aiming that you need. The magnets are quite strong and I’m not at all worried about the wind ripping them off; and I live in a part of Californiaa where we routinely experience 40-60 mph sustained winds. But with any cam that uses a magnetic mount, you have to consider carefully the placement. You not only need to choose a location that will give you a clear view of the area you wish to monitor; but you have to consider access to the cams. You have to balance your ease of access when you have to retrieve the cams to swap or charge the batteries, while still having them located out of easy reach for thieves. In my situation one will be mounted outside of a second story bedroom window. I can reach out and grab the cam easily, but it’s high enough off the ground that no one else has access without an extension ladder. But for the front of the house I will have to mount it over the garage which will required me getting on a ladder. With an expected battery life of around 6 months this isn’t a huge deal and I may choose to just run power to the zone and keep the cam powered with electric.

When i received my camera, it was broken. I couldn't charge it bc the power port was broken. I had to send it back. I got a new one and I charged it for over a day and it's still not fully charged. The picture is good and the motion sensor works great. When ordering a replacement, it's been a couple weeks and still shows like it's my fault bc my old was already picked up but not showing.Update....I've had to return 2 of the four I got bc they wouldnt stay charged. Would last like 2 hours if lucky in a non busy area with very little traffic. I had the warranty so assuring gave me my money back

This camera is amazing, the picture u see in my review was just taken is now 10:36 PM my lights are all turned off outside and u can see the image so clear I really love the night vision, I would love to see free storage in the future

Add this camera for two years it’s already not working. It’s a great camera otherwise

1.Magnet holder is useless2. Customer service is nill3. Battery last only 3 hours after full charge4. Returning it

Garbage. Literally no micro usb port - there's a hole where it should be but no hardware to plug the cable into. Going back tomorrow.

Product is great using it in my garage. The only drawback I saw with the documentation and that the product has no pause or off option. It seems to be built well.

Product died 7 months after purchase. No power, nothing....

I bought this battery camera after reading favourable reviews but sadly I had to send the first one back as it would not connect to my WiFi despite trying several times using the two optionsThe second one connected only via the QR code which you align from the mobile app with the camera lens - the difficulty now is that there are no operating instructions to show you what all the symbols mean and how to use themThe online video shows a newer model with different symbols so it is not helpful and there are no operating instructions to download - having said all that the camera is now working and has great picture quality - the magnetic mount allows you to detach the camera quickly without having to unscrew it - I installed a micro sd card but still cannot work out how to delete recordings - I don't want to subscribe to a cloud service priced in US$Not sure whether it over records the SD card when the memory is full- without contact from the company I am at loss as to how the images are stored in the long termRSP

I like this camera but it is VERY difficult to connect. I had to change my mobile phone recently and it just cannot connect with the new one, I also tried with the tablet but to no avail, and there is no way I can contact the seller. That's why the 2 star. I connected just once but not any more so now its useless.

No batteries included. So more sorting out before I can make ut work. Why not include them its an obvious thing to do and stops oeple getting pissed off.

Battery life is horrendous. First few times of usage the battery lasted a month, now it lasts a few days at best. The same settings are on now compared to when the battery was lasting a month and the positioning and movement detection frequency has not changed. Do not buy.
