The board and letters look great! I was so excited to put my favorite quote on the board, only to find out that the letters had a tough time sticking in the ruts without falling out. The ruts were not tight enough to hold the letters very securely. As a reference, there is a letter board at my work and the letters never fall out - the black ruts are nice and tightly spaced together. All in all, this letter board looks great and if I'm really careful with it and don't bump it the letters stay put for the most part. I just wish they were a little more secure! It's not a big enough problem for me to go through the return process though.

 Great little letter board, with a ton of letters and numbers. It’d be nice if it came with some extra shapes like stars and # and more $. It doesn’t take too much time to clips the letters, see my video for some tips.

This is cute however separating the letters from the plastic sheets they come on is a HUGE PAIN IN THE BUTT!!! I tried twisting and pulling the first 50 or so off and that took about 20 minutes. Next, ​I got a sturdy pair of kitchen shears and cut the rest loose - that took another 20 minutes. Not sure why the letters don't just come in the bag as shown. Personally, I would have preferred to pay an extra few bucks for the convenience.

Great size. Not small but not too big! Letters are attached by plasic have to be trimmed to get the excess plasic off but i love it. Packaged nicely also!

Very nice set! I plan to use it for business and it’ll work great for that. Comes cutely wrapped too with twine. It’s easy to use, but cutting out all of the letters was a bit time consuming. If it wasn’t for that, I’d give this a 5. It’s hard to get the little tabs off the letters, it sharper scissors should do the trick. Seems like there are more than enough letters and numbers to make any sign. This is for hanging on the wall. There’s not a stand to use it as a table top sign. My picture of the letters is only half of what it comes with!

It took me FOREVER to get all of the letters removed from the plastic. The plastic was thick enough that I had to cut them all out, and by the time I was done, the scissors had rubbed a sore spot on my hand. Once you get through that though, the item itself is well built, the carrying bag is nice and the letters seem to stay pretty well. Other reviews mention the letters not staying put. There was an occasional loose one, but as long as the frame is sitting somewhere or hanging and not being constantly moved, there was nothing that was just falling out... I gave it as a gift and she loved it!

Great quality for the price. I was happily surprised. Tons of letters. I used a pair of heavy duty scissors to cut them off the forms. Took less than a few minutes. Comes with a velvety bag to hold loose letters. I thought 10”x10” would be to small. It’s perfect. Love this. Might order another for the kitchen :)

Loved this. We used it as an announcement for our daughter’s birth. Only reason for taking away one star is that the letters were an absolute pain to break off (they come all attached to one piece in the package) and then on some of the letters, you can see a bump where they were torn off the package. Hardly noticeable, but I just found it annoying. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, especially for the price. There are definitely plenty of every letter and number in there, which is great. I also like the bag to put them in. I would buy it again.
