## Description

The Penguin marks a major breakthrough in the battle to beat health problems created when computer users spend too much time handling a conventional mouse.

Review: Best mouse I've found - I really needed an excellent ergonomic mouse to handle long days of computer work, and tried a wide variety of them. This is the best I've found and I've been quite happy with it. The mouse is turned sideways compared to the typical kind so the hand can be in a more natural "handshake" position, which I've found more comfortable. It significantly reduced wrist pain and I've been able to handle the long days on the computer much more easily. It probably only took a few days to get used to it. I've now bought it for multiple workstations. I do notice that on one of the mice, I sometimes I can't use the middle rolling part smoothly (it seems to catch and not scroll correctly). It might just be a slight error that affects some of them, as I haven't had that problem on all. I also LOVE that they have this smaller size. It made a huge difference in comfort. The big one is just plain too big for my hand.
Review: Prevents thumb and wrist pain from CAD drafting - My Penguin has prevented thumb and wrist pain from CAD drafting for over 3 years. No other weird looking mouse did the same. I have pretty average sized female hands (can wear Small and Medium sized gloves)and measured for the Medium size, but it was way too big. Returned it for the Small instead. I would have given it 5 stars, but the scroll wheel stopped working a little over a year of owning it (using daily). There is a 2 year warranty, but I've reached out to the company twice without any response, so it sucks that I have to pay for it again. I hope the next one is not defective as well!

## Features

- ADVANCED ERGONOMIC DESIGN: the Penguin Wired Mouse features a vertical design that sets new standards of protection against a range of upper limb conditions caused by extensive computer/laptop use, such as repetitive strain injury (RSI) and carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS)
- STURDY & MODERN DESIGN: the AMBIDEXTROUS DESIGN: allows for easy transition between right and left-handed use, avoiding exaggerated movements of the wrist joint, which can increase pressure on the soft tissues in the carpal tunnel. When using a PC, regular switching of hands throughout the day helps prevent static muscle strain (SMS) in the arm and shoulder - a major source of discomfort in mouse
- PRECISION PERFORMANCE: adjustable 400, 600, 800 or 1200 DPI resolution optical tracking technology encourages fast and precise operating movements on a wide range of surfaces
- EASY-GLIDE: symmetrical base allows the user to rest either hand comfortably alongside the vertical design, encouraging the use of the bigger muscles in the fore and upper arm to maneuver the ergo mouse. Fine cursor control is achievable with small hand and/or finger movements
- RECHARGEABLE BATTERY: up to 30 days on a single charge, depending on use - perfect for working in both home and office environments

My Penguin has prevented thumb and wrist pain from CAD drafting for over 3 years. No other weird looking mouse did the same. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best mouse ever!
*by L***. on February 28, 2025*

I had joint replacement in my right hand. I bought this mouse since i knew I was having surgery and it is easy to use with either hand. I normally use a mouse with my right hand and there is a "bowtie" switch to change the scroll wheel direction when you switch hands. The mouse buttons stay the same, the top button does the same function on either hand. I can even use it with my splint.
