This product came in the mail 3 days sooner than what I was given for an estimated delivery date which was great since we didn't know how much longer our old exhaust fan was going to last. The product has been working well since it was installed. We have not had any issues.

This part saved Christmas! Our inducer motor was failing, so I ordered this part on Dec. 22, soonest arrival date Dec. 30. Dec. 24 our fan disintegrated and motor failed. No heat, and relatives coming tomorrow! Somehow this order showed up 6 days early, the same day the old part failed. Replaced it in 30 minutes and we have heat again. Thank you for the Christmas miracle!
