Never worked right out of the box...only one burner lights so it pumps horrible eye watering gas / fumes into the space making it useless and EXTREMELY dangerous. I have tried for 2 months to contact Thermablaster via email and phone (number has since been removed from their site) with no response. I get it, problems happen...it's not if they happen its how the manufacturer reacts to it that matters to me and these guys dont stand behind the product at all.

Great high altitude heater
For our purposes, this is the only one on the market that would work. I now have three installed in our mountain cabin. This is only brand I could find that safely operates at high (7300 feet) altitude. It is easy to install and works great.

Poor Quality ... Horrible Customer Service
I purchased the Thermablaster natural gas 32,000 BTU ventless garage heater (WDFT320/VF) and it worked fine last winter before breaking down this January (2018). That's a total of seven months of operation before breaking down. And, per the company's instruction, iit was installed in an 1100 square foot garage by a professional. I called their "customer service" number and, as instructed, left my name and phone number for a call back. Three days later, no call back. Called again and left my name and number ... same result. I tried one more time with the same result, no response. I sent an email to the "customer service" number I found on their website explaining when I purchased the unit, and that the pilot would not stay lighted. I asked if they were having problems (recalls) with their thermocouple, which, I believe, controls the pilot and asked if that was correct and how much a replacement thermocouple would cost. I received an email reply 24 hours later saying they were sorry I was having problems with my unit and that the thermocouple was not presently in stock. The new shipment was delayed for some reason. If I replied with my name and address they would place me on the list to be notified when the part arrived. No information as to cost or if this part did control the pilot. I emailed my name and address, asking to be placed on the notification list. I also again asked what the price of the part was. That was five days ago and still no response.Save your money and look for a manufacturer that has a quality product, stands behind their product and provides service AFTER they get your money. Would never, ever, buy another Thermablaster product.
