Nice to have!
For the price it is a great deal for occasional use to see in tight places. The resolution is ok. It has a very short focus range and you have to be very close to what you’re looking at to get it to focus. I’d its larger than 1” you won’t be able to see the whole thing in the frame. If you can deal with that and need it as an occasional assistance device as a homeowner it’s great.

you get what you pay for...not much!
links to software download in literature dead. no downloads at all on mfg website. useless for any windows platform as it is super grainy and blurry. probably work on smartphone if you want to download spamware to your phone with an app.

Only worked with my newer Android phone
Thing works great if you have a newer phone. Tried it on 4 different Android phones. Only functions on my Moto E4. Would not work on my phones that are 4 -5 years old. Can use various USB camera apps. Probably an internal hardware difference. Buying a WiFi version may overcome this problem. Overall satisfied with function & build of camera.

Low quality and unreliable
Not recommend. The LEDs flicker, the focus is way too close to be useful, overall build quality is awful, and most annoying of all, the included USB C adapter isn't working. I'm using a Moto Z 2 Force with Android 8.0. It works with a separate USB OTG dongle but not the included one. Will be returning and finding a higher quality version.

Would not work!
I tried with my lap top, fire and of phone it wouldn't work with any of my devices. Amazon did however refund my money.

insane price!
I could not believe that when I was looking this scopes up, I would have never thought in a million years that it would only cost five bucks! It works great with the app and has helped me out on numerous occasions. Best deal ever.

Tried 3 android devices and a laptop. Does not work whatsoever.
