Try the GEL instead!!!!
Ive tried these capsuls and the actual gel and i must say the gel works sooooo much better than the little capsuls. The capsuls are ok dont get me wrong and to i noticed a little difference using them verses to using the gel which gave a much tighter and even wetter sensation. i will not be ordering these again as to i have switched over to the gel
