This waterproof protective cover is perfect for my new Casper mattress, which is very big in depth! I mean it fits it like a glove with room to spare, which was surprising because it's a much larger than average mattress. I havent experienced antly "crinkling or plastic" sound or feel. The top is a nice, soft feel, and the underneath is the water proof side. It doesnt hold heat and its silent, so please dont let the reviews deter you from purchasing this pad. I've been searching for quite some time, and being a long time Amaxon shopper, I read through tons of reviews before deciding on this one, and I was not disappointed. Instead of buying and returning ones from the stores, I should have just come to tried and true Amazon! Caspwr sells them, but I already spent a mint on the mattress, so I was looking for a break on my wallet. Please give this protector a try, it is so worth it. I'm actually going to purchase another one to alternate and one for my guest room!

This was one of the best and affordable mattress protectors for a California King. Stores were asking too much money for the size I needed so I took my chances with this one and I'm glad I did! My 2 year old sometimes climbs into my bed and with her sippy cup and likes to loosen the caps for some reason so they slowly leak. Well after that happened with this mattress protector it definitely proved it's ability to save my mattress from any liquid stain! Another good quality is that it is not noisy at all! It's as if I have two fitted sheets that it is that seemless. Definitely would Recommend!

Not bad. If you have a frequent bed wetter, it’s jot for you. I bought it to protect my mattress and that’s it. My daughter peed on it once and it almost leaked completely through to the mattress. Works good for smallLeaks or spills

Update: this definitely does an awesome job! My dog had a tummy ache and unfortunately could not keep his food in...so it came up...onto my bed. Good thing I had this layered under my sheet because my brand new mattress took absolutely no damage. My dog and my mattress and good and well!Just put it on my queen 14" mattress today, the quality of the material is not the best I've felt but as long as it does the job I won't mind. Fits a bit loosely but that's understandable seeing as it fits up to an 18" mattress, I just had to really tuck the extra material under the mattress...hopefully that doesn't become a problem as the mattress moves around. Will update as necessary.

This mattress pad is great. The sides are a little long & are perfect if you have a mattress topper or extra thick mattress.Honestly, we bought it to protect our new mattress from possible pet accidents, & we had one shortly after it’s first use (our cat is older but has always slept with us). Perfect!Because of the water-proofing, it seemed to take a bit longer to dry in the dryer. I recommend a fast, extended spin but not a high heat to protect the covering. The extra time is worth it.

I've got twin 3 year olds so mattress protectors have been in our lives a while. We have owned plastic top ones and cloth ones. When we switched to twin beds I could only find one cloth mattress protector in the twin size in the store so I went home and bought this one on amazon. If I wasn't practical with money I'd throw the one we bought in the store out and the two other ones my aunt gave us and buy 3 more of these!Why they are so great- THEY WORK,DUH. but that's not why I love it! I love this because I can strip the whole bed and throw the sheets and the protector in the wash with low heat and dry in the dryer on medium heat. Second bonus is the folded size is a quarter of the size my other cloth protectors are! We've had the protector for about 5 months now. Highly recommended!!!

My cat was having accidents on my bed and this was the best product I found that was comfortable to sleep on. There wasn’t any seepage through this product to my mattress. Cleaning was as easy and removing and throwing in the wash. I ordered a 2nd just for a rotation while this issue continues. Beats a plastic cover.

This has been a lifesaver. We got a new mattress and put this on and no sooner had the bed made up when someone got sick on it. Wet sick. Has kept our new mattress perfectly from the damage a sick one would of caused. Very glad to have it.

Because I have a foam mattress I realize the importance of having a good mattress cover. This one is just that I feel. The only downside to this is it can make you sweat a little with the vinyl that is against the mattress.I put a gel mattress cover on top of this vinyl mattress cover and it has helped immensely. I do not wake up soaking wet
