Bought this to power winter lights, comes as complete wheel, add your own tyre/ tube.Super powerful, drives four sets of LED lights no dimming. Slight flicker at low speeds been better if i'd ran it to a rechargeable battery and powered lights from that. Will also charge a phone/satnav, its that powerful. Only criticism, came with the hub cones a bit too tight, easily fixed by crack back half a turn.Experienced no noise or drag like a rim type bottle dynamo.See and be seen in the dark. 10 out of 10.
