Bought some other USB C Hubs in the past only to be underwhelmed, but my friend recommended I get this unit because she had been using it for a while and said she absolutely loved it! The item itself is encased in the most high quality finished aluminum alloy I have seen used on a USB C Hub and the unit feels real solid, unlike the filmsy plastic ones sold by other companies on Amazon. The ports also function seamlessly and it was truly plug and play with zero set up required. Best part about the design was how compact it was while still maintaining enough space between the ports, so that they can be used concurrently without interfering with each other! The main USB C cable also feels very robust and sturdy unlike some of the other cheaper models, where the cable breaks off either at the base or the USB C head. Definitely would recommend!

Simple plug and play hub! Works as intended!HDMI cable allows me to connect my laptop to another monitor/TV. The USB3.0 ports work as expected and allow me to expand the utilities of my laptop!Would definitely recommend this to a friend!

I got tired of having 3 different dongles for my MacBook to use all these ports so i got this. It’s amazing, one item for every purpose. It’s build quality is great, planning to get a couple more for the office

Purchased 2 of these units. One is being used with and Intel processor Lenovo Thinkpad and the other is being used with a Lenovo ideapad (with an AMD processor).Both hubs works perfectly with the Intel based ThinkPad.The problem is the hub's compatibility with the AMD based IdeaPad. Most of the hub connections work, EXCEPT for the HDMI port. The hub won't display the IdeaPad's screen on an external monitor through the hub's HDMI port. Tried various monitors - no remedy.It seems to be a compatibility issue when using the hub with the AMD based laptop.Amazon product support tried to solve it, but no luck.As the product works OK with the Lenovo ThinkPad, I would have given it 5 stars. But due to lack of HDMI compatibility with the AMD based Lenovo IdeaPad - it gets just 3 stars.

Works as a charm. Win 10 installed everything without user intervention. It gets a bit hot when all ports are being used but within normal. VGA and HDMI signal is the same (can't use both ports for one desktop each). Adittionally it installs a P&P audio device so you need to make sure you select the proper output in Windows sound settings for audio playback. So far it's like having a dock station.

This USB C Hub completely failed after just two months. Very disappointing quality. I do NOT recommend this product.

I needed something to allow me to get standard USB ports as well as SD Cards and even HDMI and Network port. I did a lot of research and ended up getting this one, that was a good decision. It is easy to use and the ports are all spaced out very well, they do not interfere with each other when multiple things are plugged in.
