Medieval Swords One Hand Swords/Battle Ready Swords with 1060 Carbon Steel. for Collection, Cosplay and LARP

its not battle ready, its not sharp, i wouldnt try to cut more than some melons or try thrusting a cardboard box, but if you are experienced in sword buying, you would know that from reading the item description.its well made, if a bit greasy. the pommel is removable so you can end him rightly. the balance is good, dont have a tape measure, but id say about 2, maybe 2.5 inches from the guard, and the blade is thin so its quick like a tia chi sword but not too thin to not look the part. of all the swords i have this one makes the most satisfying sound as you cut through the air.if you smack the pommel the blade and hilt both do and do not vibrate in the right places. the scabbard is nice and simple, the leather feels nice, and the chape (the bottom part) is metal and when tugged on does not come off like other swords ive read about.the reason for the four star review is the leather grip. something about it doesnt feel right. it kinda feels like a foam-leather combination. im not sure how else to describe it. it moves a bit in your hand, but only a bit. it just feels slightly off.normally this sells for 59.99, i got it for 52.00... i would wait till it goes below 48.00 or thereabouts. maybe thats a bit harsh for the makers, they gotta eat too... but the leather handle is just, off. other than that it will make a fine addition to my collection.

Haven't use it yet but this sword is so cool.....I do take it out and mess with it.....it is the best looking sword I've ever held and seen.....thanks for a great buy on the sword....

At first glance it is great. But use it and you can tell it is cheap. We bought 3 kinds of swords and this one has the softest metal and thus has chinks from 3 days of use. Also, the blade is off-center. You can’t tell until you take a real close look, but then hold it out and stare down the handle and blade it is is off by a good 3 millimeters.

I loved the quality of this sword I was using it as a prop for my student film and it fit in perfect super high quality and durable since we smacked it a couple times but it's full enough to be safe for acting without looking overly fake

It’s a pretty wall hanger. The battle ready part is a lie. The tang is a piece of all-thread that’s tacked to the blade.

For its price I was expecting a flimsy and poor excuse for a sword. Imagine my surprise when I unpacked it and unsheathed it for the first time. It is sturdy, well made, and sharp. Definitely worth the money, almost feel bad for not paying more lol.

For the price we thought it would more of a costume/show piece but it’s legit! Lol so much so that we have to hide it from our two yr old
