No more pain
I was a little skeptical when I purchase these gor my painful heels, it was that bad I could hardly walk, if someone had offered me crutches to use to I would have so very painful.tried the rubber heel things you slip on they made no difference then I tried these OMG what a game changer these are and believe me I did loads of research before I found these. Within 2x weeks my pain had nearly gone after month the pain had gone completely , I keep them in my trainers as that is what I wear mostly and then put them in my slippers around the house, I only needed to use level 1 and yes the first 2x weeks were uncomfortable and you only need to wear them a short time to begin with but now I can wear a shoe and forget to put them in and not be in pain I wouldnt like to see if I could go without them now long term now as the pain would keep me awake at night and I am never going back to that pain again as it was so painful I could have chopped my own foot off at times. But these inner supports are fantastic and would definitely say try it.

They certainly seem to work!
I suffer from sciatica so thought I'd try this product. I have to say that I have noticed a vast improvement since I've been using the WalkFit insoles. I am on the medium insoles and find them most comfortable. I've not been using them long so I can't say that they have cured the sciatica, but, I am impressed by the improvement.

Finally an orthotic that works
I have overpronation and bunion and a hammer toe. I have bought 10 previous orthotics over last few years. None of these were suitable: either not enough arch support or, usually, they made my shoes far too tight above the toes and caused pain. I can’t afford to replace all my shoes and anyway when I tried them with shoes a size bigger the shoes slipped at the back and gave me blisters. These are brilliant. I have used them with lowest pad first. My first thought was that these were so rigid that they were going to be uncomfortable. They are not. Quite the opposite: they appear to massage the arch of my foot as I walk. Within three days I was wearing them all day on long dog walks and to work. They are great in my trainers and as they are only three quarters long they don’t squeeze the toe cavity. They are not quite as Cody in my slip on shoes as they raise my heel up meaning the heel is not cupped as well; but they are still better than without anything.

Worth a try
Let's say they see much better than the ones made for me at hospital which I could never wear in my shoes ,only in boots.Uncomfortable at first, as they tell you to build up wearing them by hourly increments.Much better now, definitely give support.

The best 'off the shelf' orthotics to date!
I have some custom made orthotics which cost me a fortune (£270 about 10 years ago). They are, without a doubt, the best orthotics I've ever had. BUT it's a pain keep swapping them from shoe to shoe and I'm forever hunting for something cheap to keep in my most used shoes/boots for dog walking and dog agility. Foam orthotics, even the high density foam ones, just compress too much and end up giving little to no support. I have a fairly high arch so I need something supportive. And since having a bilateral ceilectomy, I find I NEED to wear my orthotics to keep the pressure from the ball of the foot and subsequent pain. I have tried so many different orthotics with various degrees of success and have just discovered these. Wow - the best 'off the shelf' orthotics so far. They are a hard material but flex slightly so are not totally rigid. A bit like a hard silicone - if you dig your fingernail into them, you can just about make an impression so they're not a hard, slippery plastic. But they're way harder than a gel insole. If you got them wet, it wouldn't matter (not like foam insoles with a fabric covering). And I love the interchangeable inserts. I am using them with the low insert in my Crocs and they feel great. I know I will be able to splash about in the sea in my Crocs with my dogs and the orthotics will still look as good as new. Am about to order another pair!

BEST INSOLES EVER
Honestly after so much looking around for insoles as a carer in my past life and now a warehouse operative these insoles are a God send! They are so comfortable and the years of back pain; hip and pain in the feet I used to suffer I DONT SUFFER WITH ANYMORE! I can do my job without constant pain and due to the versatility of them I can pop these insoles into my work boots and out into heeled boots and shoes too! They are of a great quality and the fit is true to size! These are the insoles you should buy if you suffer from misalignment of your feet which results in debilitating pain! Thank you walk fit ❤️ Will be recommending to others THANK YOU

Comfortable feet
Duly arrived on the date stated. Read instructions about usage. The first tine is. One hour then over several days you build the use age every day. I did find that the right foot was better with medium and left with low. Whether this is correct not sure but it works for me. They are very easy to interchange. My feet were very comfortable with .them in shoes.

The best support insoles ever!!!
The best support insoles! The material is great and won’t wear off like others do. You can change the pads to either low medium or high support. They fit into all my shoes. I had to take out insoles from my work shoes as they had “memory foam “ and thought it wouldn’t be comfortable with only wlkfit insoles, how wrong was I. It’s so comfortable wearing my work shoes 13hours, I experience NO PAIN at all and I suffer with plantar fasciitis in both feet!
