Bailando 1/2 Size Handmade Solid Wooden Violin Starter Kit, Blue

This violin seems to be the perfect fit for my grandson, who is 8, and is taking lessons daily at his school, as part of their curriculum. We purchased this for him to practice at home. He took the violin to his violin teacher at school and the teacher tuned it, made sure the strings were in proper placing and tightened accordingly. The teacher, who is an amazing violin player, gave this violin his approval as well. The case that holds the violin is sturdy and very protective for the violin. I hope that my grandson has several years of satisfaction and learning on this violin at home as he practices, until he reaches the need to go bigger. Very happy with the violin and the company who sent it. The company sent this violin in an outer protective cardboard box shaped the way of the violin and then it was sent in another outer box of protection. Thank you for such great care and a quality instrument.

Purchased for a 4th grader starting orchestra and just learning. She loves the color and that makes her happier practicing. Hers gets out of tune a lot and the teacher told her that’s common with the colored ones, but as far as I know that’s not a problem. However, even with proper care and gentleness, the chin rest came off after 5 months of use. The orchestra teacher tried to glue it back on and it won’t stay, so we gave up and it just gets played without one.

Bought for my son for his birthday and it was a mistake. Poor quality and a string broke with little tension. Dont buy...

No complaints. Nephew loves it. Cheap enough that if he breaks it there's no loss. Easy to tune. Nice case. Great paint job. Didn't realize when I purchased that it came with an electronic tuner. Has a violin setting on it that made it a breeze. Buy it... you won't be disappointed!

It is a Christmas gift for my mother in law. we receive it very quick and the package is ready very good. it arrives in good condition and the voilin looks very pretty and cute. My mother in law loves it. Although she can not play very well, but it is her hobby and makes her happy. Actually it makes all of my family laugh and it brings us happiness and fun! I hope my baby will love it in future since she has already been very curious and started to play with it for fun.

Just as expected. Bought for a beginner 9 yr old. Looks great. Sounds good. The music teacher said we “got lucky” because we actually got a good violin from Amazon....he doesn’t recommend buying violins from Amazon because “you can’t get a good instrument on Amazon, they’re cheap”....his words. Glad he approved, lol
