Le Elegant Dark Dragon on Light Up LED Statue 12" high (7871224),

I technically bought this for a project in a package design class (long story) but I was definitely hoping I could keep it afterwards. I'm kinda obsessed with dragons, and as such I'm a little picky about the memorabilia I collect. This exceeded anything I could have hoped for, and it's just SO gorgeous to look at and even touch. Not plastic, feels like resin perhaps, with maybe even some metal parts. The weathering is realistic and doesn't look cheesy, there is defined texture in the scales, and the dragon itself is painted very carefully. As you can see, it even has a very precisely painted eye, which a lot of dragon figures just have some white haphazardly slapped on.I really want to collect all the colors now and just have a big shelf of them. The size is just right, the lights are vibrant, and the figure looks good even if they aren't on. So cool!!!!

Didn’t look anything like the picture. Instead was a cheap green plasticy look. Had white spots on the face like it wasn’t even painted. Thought I’d return it and try a second one, but the new one was exactly the same. Returned that one as well and not trying again.

I was ordering Dragon for my grandson's birthay.I already had a few things plus I put money in their cards.Anyway the Dragon came the day before his birthday.I opened it and it was Ok but the eyes juSt wasn't right.I saw some batteries and thought they just lite up this gem looking thing on front.I wasn't very happy so I thought well ill just send it back and go to this little store I know carries such things. Well it turns out they didn't have nothing that looked very good.So I went ahead and wrapped it for him.Well they got home from school he came over and we had little party.He was opening his gifts and I had left the room for a minute when I heard all this excitement and Nana,Nana I went running and entered the room and said Wow.It was beautiful it looked like the whole dragon lite up and it changed colors to.He just loved it.I think that was his favorite thing from his Birthday. Thank God I didn't return it.Thanks Amazon Cheri

Absolutely gorgeous. I got this for my friend's birthday and she screamed when she opened the box XDD

We purchased this item for our child for Christmas. The item itself is good quality and works as it should. It was a pretty reasonable price for the item too. The reason I docked a star is because the selection is misleading. It gave us the option of choosing an Aqua colored dragon, but when we received it, it was green.After contacting the seller, they told us the Aqua was no longer available through their catalog and they'd have Amazon update it. They couldn't do anything to replace the item with the correct color (which was specifically why we bought this item because our child loves that color). However, at the time of this review, the Aqua dragon is still listed for sale. I wish we could have gotten the color we wanted, and it would have been nice if the seller would remove an item that can't be purchased. We would have chosen other options.

I love dragons especially ones that have lights...this one is sooooo disappointing... I can't tell what it's made out of but its more plastic than anything else...it looks cheap...it comes with batteries which lasted less than an hour... Figured that was OK and bought new batteries, put them in and they lasted an hour... It's not worth sending it back.... I'll give it away at my next ysrd sale...

Cute product, arrived w a broken piece. Overall, not the best quality so we decided to super glue it instead of sending back because we figured the replacement would be similar and our 13 YO niece really liked it
