Turn buckles hard to insert cable.
Good solid contruction and easy to install design. However, the turnbuckle end wire recepticles were made too small. It was nearly impossible to insert the proper size cable. This caused time delay in getting the job done. The fixed ends were no problem. Cable slipped right in.

Turnbuckle end cable receptacle too small
I received my order in Dec. 2018. I know it's been a while, but we're building a new home and planned to get to this sooner. Well, the house took longer than planned, so I'm just getting to installing my stairs. I started planning only to find that the turnbuckle end receptacle is too small to insert the 1/8 " cable. The other end is fine, the cable slides in very easily. The order is not allowing me to return these so I need HELP from Bilka on how to rectify this problem.
