I had exactly the same problem along with a non sticky surface on the first kit they sent. They were very nice to me and sent me an entirely new kit with extra diamonds it just took some time to arrive. It is a very beautiful painting when it’s done and the diamonds snap in place very snug. Also if you can’t get any more from the direct seller, there are several places online where you can get just the diamonds you need and not the entire kit.. **Q: My canvases we coming apart both of the sheet tape came of with the white paper covering Just started and the beads won't still well they keep popping** A: I had a problem with the drills migrating all over this canvas. Almost like it was oily. I didn't have the problem with it coming apart. **Q: Do you know who the actor is in this painting?** A: Robert Powell he is a actor who played Jesus In Jesus of Nazareth. My only complaint is that the adhesive rippled where the canvas was folded in order for it to fit in the box. The diamond still stick, but the adhesive is “bubbled” up off the canvas.
