First camera - faulty lenseVery disappointed - purchased this less than 2 weeks ago and its gone faulty - the lense is leaving a purple haze so you can't see anything. We wiped the lense to be on the safe side but didn't make a difference. The camera worked fine to start with and didn't have any issues, have re-ordered another in the hope that the new one will "behave". It took a little while to pair the security camera with the house wifi but after that it was ok. Brilliant that you can link different phones to the app and view from outside of the home.I purchased cloud storage which worked out to be about $15 for 3 months. Be warned you have to purchase cloud for each camera, you can't use the same cloud storage.Second camera - works perfectly fine. Records in 1 to 2 min segments. Occasionally losses connection to wifi but nothing major. I simply reboot the camera by turning it off at the mains. The recording or good quality night and day.Customer service is good so if you do have any problems you can contact the seller and will do their best to address any issues.Previously given 2 stars, now increased to 5 stars.

I have had this product for a week now. Nothing but trouble. Have been in constant contact with [email protected] and had a multitude of problems. firmware wont update, movement activation is sporadic, wouldnt record in movement activation mode, cant record in HD and setting keeps going back to SD, speaker and mic settings dont work. Very disappointed customer

the camera itself gives a good picture and was easy to set up.... however.... the app on my phone asked for way to many permissions, 4 or 5 it asks for.... then when I tried installing the app on a laptop my security software found a generic trojan and a generic virus in the installer.... removed the app from my phone and returned the camera

Ive had no issues with this camera my only criticism is that its not wireless,it uses ethernet cable . So dont call it a wireless camera cos its not. It wont work without the cable but other than that,it works fine and the sensor alarm works like a police siren which i like.

Rubbish.Returned the first camera because the image / lense was faulty (but it recorded and notified well).Now returning this one because it only records in 2 second chunks, and will not notify when it sees something.

Put this as a low score as it’s not easy to set up, the wire is far too short to put through the wall and expected to buy an extension for it, I haven’t even bothered to set up for that reason

So far so good. Turned up earlier then expected, easy to set up and both me and neighbor can both check who’s at the door before answering it. Makes me feel a lot safer.

Not very happy . Wait two days for it to be useless as can't power up without the plug .used plug off other camera and unable to connect to wifi , also this device has no reset on memory card slot ,and voice sounds different. my other camera is the real deal of this one which has a reset on memory card slot as well as cable . I suspect this to be a cheap immatation even though real deal is a cheap one too .

Ich habe schon zwei dieser Kameras installiert und habe mir jetzt noch eine bestellt, naja eigentlich zwei. Die erste habe ich zurückgeschickt, sie trennte immer das Wlan-Signal und diese hier hat ein schlechtes Nachtbild (natürlich habe ich die Linse schon geputzt).Für mich auch sehr ärgerlich, es gibt eine neue, andere, App. Diese kann nicht mit den "alten" Kameras und die andere (die alte) App erkennt zwar die neue Kamera, aber ein Bild wird nicht angezeigt.Da hätte ich mir auch eine andere Kamera besorgen können ...

Unico neo l’alimentatore con spina inglese. Veramente un prodotto valido. Ne ho ricomprate altre 2. Spero risultino affidabili nel tempo.

Instalada en una parcela de campo. La calidad es algo justa, y con la, aplicación se puede usar un zoom, que se queda algo corto. Al no ser motorizada, solo puedes visionar una zona en concreto y hacer zoom.

Stromstecker entspricht nicht der deutschen Norm. Netzteilbox schaut ziemlich windig aus und die Anschlussleitungen sind zu kurz.Ein Stern ist schon zu viel !

Kamera lässt sich nur per Handyapp Verbinden und nicht per Browser aufrufen oder in ein Überwachungssystem wie Motioneye oder ZoneMinder integrieren. Das Bild ist sehr gut, aber die fehlende Funktion macht das Gerät leider unbrauchbar.

Très dessus notice d'utilisation en anglais et l'application aussi...Je vais la changer par une autre car qualité médiocre de nuit zéro. .Je ne recommande pas...

Je suis pas mal déçu du micro et de l'alarme il ne marche déjà plus... la caméra est a l'abris pourtant.... je pense qu'il y a un mauvais montage car le micro et au-dessus
