Hairy Bushings Big Hairy Sack Longboard Bushing Kit - Light

I'm a 5' 7" 140 lbs beginner longboarder riding a 38.5" pintail and these have become my legos. I was hoping to use the harder bushings for freeriding once I had the skill but it turns out I'm able to pump very well on flat ground even with four 90a barrels so I've become scared to try them for freeriding (which is no problem for me since I ended up getting some harder freeride specific bushings which I use with the 90a barrel in the back and 90a cone in the front). Regardless, this has become everything I need for cruising/pumping. At my height/weight/skill I've been able to rock four 82a cones and have great agility at low speeds (around the house lol) and like I mentioned I can also rock the four 90a barrels and pump at higher speeds. Obviously I'll probably end up using something in between most of the time. One quirky thing is I didn't get the "irish springs" color (88a) but a dark "cherry" red color. After squeezing and comparing them, they indeed seemed to fall between the orange (85a) and the blue (90a) so no harm no foul. I would recommend this pack to any beginner longboarder my size looking to do some carving/pumping/cruising. Especially since a beginner needs to experiment and u can't beat the amount you're getting for the price.

It's without a doubt the best bang for the buck. I replaced all the bushings on 3 out of 4 of my boards. The cones don't fit gullwings sidewinders.. unfortunately.. the cone is to tall! So i replaced the barrel half. Anyways the length is similar to o'tang nipples. Overall I'm very pleased and how can you not be at this price. The color code is listed now so there's no guess work.

This is my first experience with aftermarket bushings so this kit was perfect for me. It allows me to test any combinations I can imagine and really get a feel for exactly what I like and what each bushing does different. You really can't find a better deal for the money either. Even if I didn't like these bushings I'd be glad I bought them in order to be able to buy more expensive ones with confidence to know what I wan; but these have improved my ride so much, and I have enough for several configurations on each of my three boards (longboard and two mini cruisers) that I'll be riding hairy bushings for quite a while.P.S.
