Perfect for the price.
I really like this water bag! It’s large, hasn’t leaked, and didn’t have too much of a plastic taste after washing. I’m also really into the pocket space it has - I can easily carry a thing of sunscreen, my wallet and keys, and a couple snacks for the trail. I do prefer the CamelBak mouth piece, but I like that the hose comes with a cover to help keep the water cool. It’s a very comfortable bag to wear; I highly recommend for the price you spend!

Hydration backpack
I wanted to wear this a few times to give an honest review. This things seems well built unlike other hydration backpacks I have owned in the past which is why I am here buying another brand. Pockets allow minor storage of key personal items and adjustable straps allow you to carry more if you so choose. Again build quality is nice and waist strap provided fits probably up to a size 46/50 waist I'd imagine. Hoping this lasts a long time to come.

rugged and dependable
I bought this for a Spartan Race and it did the job well but there were a couple of snags. First; I'm 5'6", 130#, and even with a full bladder I still had to cinch the straps most of the way down which isn't a huge problem but it is indicative that it was designed with larger people in mind. Second, the mouthpiece cap won't stay closed to save my life. I learned that very early in the race. Third, the waist strap has elastic bands designed to hold the loose ends of the straps but hardly do their job. They would either ride all the way forward or all the way back so, either way, the loose ends of the straps will still flail about. Fourth, the multi-directional clip that holds the hose slipped out of its housing during the race. I was able to snap it back in but that was a rather inconvenient thing to deal with during the race. On the upside; the 3L bladder held more than enough water for the race. The bladder did not leak at all which is great. The design of this pack is very sleek and comfortable so once you get used to the weight of the water you nearly forget that this thing is strapped to your back. I cannot attest to the water resistance as I didn't pack anything in the pouches but upon post-race inspection, the insides of the compartments felt dry and the pack looks fairly clean despite having to be submerged in muddy water. Overall I am pleased with this pack and plan on using it in future Spartan Races. I will also recommend it to friends that I'm recruiting for future races.

As long as nothing catastrophic happens down the line, I'd definitely buy it again.
I've thoroughly enjoyed using this pack both for a week long event I worked outdoors, unable to stop frequently enough to rehydrate by "classic" means but kept well-watered by this 3L pack.Additionally, it's been a great option for a light pack of accoutrements like those necessary to head out for a couple hours of fishing in the area.I imagine it's equally great for running and other activities, such as not running in nature (hiking). Also, a small but significant enough detail, the "barbarians" logo is a velcro patch that can be taken off and replaced with something of your choice or nothing at all.

can't believe it costs this much
i've had multiple camel-back packs and others, and paid way too much for them and/or got what i paid for, this was less than $30 bucks and works way better than the $60+ prices i've paid for the other brands. i'm gonna order another one, cause when i find something that i really like and for a really good price, it never stays around for long. i better get a couple of them. now, i can't speak for "lemons", stuff happens, but this one i got, works perfectly.

Good comfort and convenience
I bought this for when I go out with the family. When I am at the park with my daughter and dog there is water easily accessible. I put a little ice in the pack then fill with water. Water stays cold for hours. The water in the straw, however, does come out hot. Once passed that initial sip the cold water from the bladder is enjoyed. Easy to open and pour some into a doggy bowl with little to no spills. The shoulder straps are well padded and comfortable also.

UPDATE: Basic backpack with basic bladder system. 0/5 stars
DO NOT BUY THIS PACK. My original review is down below. After my 3 week trip this backpack is a joke. 2 zippers broke completely off while using this pack daily. The waste buckle broke clean off my first week on the trip. I've traveled with many packs and never had a buckle break. My current overnight 50L backpack is 12 years old and all the plastic buckles are in tact. On top of that the nipple to the camelback that keeps water from leaking keeps getting loose and, to no surprise, causes WATER TO LEAK!! I Would NOT buy this pack and am ashamed my $30 went to this piece of junk. The bag isn't worth it. Should be pulled off the shelves and never sold again. 0/5.Original Review:Bought this for my upcoming trip too Vietnam and going forward. From the feel and looks of the straps, plastics, and mechanics, I'll be happy if this makes it through 3 weeks overseas. Overall okay backpack. The backpack came packaged very squished and twisted, the bladder inside the backpack has very odd creases as well as the hose has 2 permanent creases/kinks in it from how the product was shipped and stored. This backpack simply does not have the ability to be a rugged or long term functioning hydration pack.Very basic structure, durability, and quality gets a 3/5.

Missing pieces
Bought two for a recent motorcycle trip. They are good quality, and held quite a bit of water among other things. They could keep it cooler longer, but it did fine. Comfortable to wear and compact.CON: One of the bags did not come with the mouthpiece attachment!! For the first day of the ride we switched back and forth, but by day two we had to find space in our bags out of due to lack of use of one at all times, the second one was simply impractical without the attachment. This was especially inconvenient because we were very limited on space.Overall, (when it was with all pieces) Sturdy, comfortable, low profile, holds decent amount of water and other smaller items.
