These leather hand pull up strand are great. I ordered a medium and it fit my hand great. I kept them on my whole workout and kept loading it with chalk. These helped with my deadlift grip, farmers walk, and of course pull ups. The only change I would make is that the finger holes stretched on mind. So not as a tight fit as I first got them, but it's doesn't bother me too much.

Plastic Strap Lock Snaps First Work Out!
Very poor quality. They broke the first time I used them. The wrist lock is made of plastic and literally snapped in a clean and jerk. This part should be made of metal. The are destined to be destroyed, not worth the money.

Don't buy these for CrossFit. They ripped completely through the leather the second time I used them while doing C2B. I can see these being more useful for maybe children's gymnastics.

Good for Crossfit.
Took a little longer than expected but the grips are decent quality. They have been great in preventing rips while doing Crossfit.

Good product to test if - a first time user of grips will be able to tolerate the extra gear on your hands. Felt very thin and didnt get in the way - got a small fit pretty well.
