Nice and Compact
It arrived very quickly, it is very simple to use, and the sound is perfect, a good product for the money.

Does not work
Initially the DAC did not want to 'talk' to the external speakers but eventually did so - others with the same problem might need to twiddle the optical cable to ensure a good connection? TV remote does not control the external speaker volume (as it did with my previous tv) but that's not the fault of the DAC device. One anomoly is that even with the speaker settings adjusted to optical output, both the ext and int speakers operate.
