Preserved the beauty of the original, made accessible and attractive for kids
I was reading my 8 and 10-year old Anne of Green Gables and found this book for my 8-year old daughter to read on her own. The illustrations are beautiful and the language preserved the beauty of the original. Such a great companion to reading the unabridged version.

Love, love, love
Adorable book. So beautiful. I bought one for my kids and ended up purchasing another for my 8 year old niece who loved it as well and asked for more books in the series! Such a great story and a truly beautiful little product.

Charming Edition for Younger Readers
I just read Anne of Green Gables for the first time as an adult and my immediate thought was I needed an edition that would be perfect for my just-starting-to-read grand-daughter to introduce her to the story. I checked out multiple editions from my local library and finally happened upon this series. It is full of lovely illustrations and the text has been condensed enough to make it a good read aloud length while sticking to the story. I purchased it as a birthday gift and can't wait to see if she loves it as much as I do!

Passing the Anne torch
"Anne Arrives" by Kallie George is a delightful homage to the beloved character Anne Shirley from 'Anne of Green Gables.' As a devoted fan of Anne of Green Gables, I eagerly purchased this book with the intention of introducing my 4-year-old daughter to the magic of Anne's world. 📚✨ The illustrations add a magical touch. And for an extra dose of Anne, don't miss the captivating series "Anne with an E" on Netflix. 🌷💚

Lovely early reader version of classic favorite
This ended up being a bit too easy for my 7 year old daughter (she read it in 10 minutes) but she is a good reader so it might be good for kids who are just starting chapter books. I loved that it gave her a little taste of Anne as a sort of primer for the real thing.
