I get tired working and suffer with fatigue and stamina issues, my sleep patteren is not the best and I have researched that abhwagandha help and has number of benefits, i am amazed as to how quickly these capsules have help me relax and sleep well, my energy levels are through the roof and feel amazing. This supplement was the first time i have had ashwagandha capsules and i am very happy with them, i have previously tried a tincture but the capsules are more convenient and you dont have to taste it..! I think the benefits of using these supplements daily for two months has been largely noticeable, mainly in my improved mood and better ability to deal with the daily stresses! I will be ordering more as i am almost out!

Two points I wanted to make regarding sleep and migraine.Firstly I have suffered with migraine headaches for many years. If you are taking this product and also suffer from migraine then you need to adjust the dosage. It’s only my recommendation, but one whole or even half capsule before bed will trigger a migraine during the night for me. I prefer to open the capsule and just take a third of it before bed to help aid better sleep and avoid waking with a head ache.If you can get the dosage correct for yourself, it does take a little trial and error, then this product is fantastic for help with sleeping issues hence the 5 stars. You just have to improvise a bit with the dosage.

This product is described as KSM 66. Having purchased it there is no indication of it being KSM 66 at all. I would like the seller to clarify/ explain.

Always buy from this supplier, they are reliable and the ashwaganda is high quality. It works to help the aches and pains my boyfriend gets, he won’t go a day without it.

The capsules have supported my anxiety, stress and depression issues much better than other products I have tried with just a few capsules, the extract capsules really do help.
